Join us on Saturday, December 5th at Ultimate Safety in Olds, AB for a fun, COVID safe sniffing event!

We wanted to have our 2nd Annual Christmas trial but due to COVID concerns and personal reasons we had to cancel these plans. This is our way of still having some fun and seeing lots of our sniffy friends!

Earn points for finding hides, dressing up, and other fun ways! Prizes will be awarded to the handlers with the most points.

Reindeer
​Dash

 Fun “Boneyard” style Search
  • 4 mins
  • 4 rooms with 1 hide per room (hide difficulty will vary based on dogs level -Started/Advanced, Excellent, Elite)

Frosty's
​Faceoff

Team Search
  • 5 mins
  • Work together with your teammate (can be run at the same time or taking turns) to build a Snowman faster than the other teams

Christmas Clusters

Speed Container Search
  • 2 mins
  • 12 containers arranged in clusters with 1-3 hides depending on your dogs level

Santa's
​Workshop

Container Search with MULTIPLE distractions
  • 3 mins
  • Enter into Santa’s messy workshop to find the missing present he needs! Does this man never clean? There are toys, balls, treats, and presents EVERYWHERE! (Distractions will vary based on dogs level)
There are 4 different time slots you can choose to sign up from:
9am, 11am, 1pm, or 3pm 
Each slot only has 6 spots in an effort to keep the number of people on-site to a minimum.

We are still looking for volunteers - please let Samantha, Kerri or Alyssia know if you are interested in helping out!
COVID-19 Information: Our goal is to make this as safe as an event as possible. Masks will be mandatory. We are asking that you show up for your time slot and only stay for your games. There will be no indoor benching or waiting areas. Bathrooms will be open and we ask that you wipe everything down (with the wipes provided) after use. Prizes and results will be announced at the end of the day via a Facebook live video on the Canine Coaching Facebook Page (at approx 5:30 pm).  ​Please make sure to maintain appropriate physical distancing at all times when waiting for your turn. 

There will be NO walkthroughs - photos will be sent in an information package the week before the event as well as detailed information that will outline how the points will work, Check-In Information and other venue rules. ​
